100 Thieves has confirmed the Crazy Thieves lineup will participate in the upcoming Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) Year 6 season.

The player lineup consisting of Noyan ‘Genburten‘ Ozkose, Evan ‘Verhulst‘ Verhulst, and their tactical shot-caller Josue ‘Phony‘ Daniel Ruiz, is set to compete under the Crazy Thieves banner again in future Apex Legends events.

Crazy Thieves operates as a joint venture formed by esports entities 100 Thieves and Crazy Raccoon, initially revealed to the public in January 2026.

This squad subsequently participated in the ALGS Year 5 Championship held in Sapporo, Japan, which marked the season’s pinnacle competition. The team navigated a demanding path throughout the championship, encompassing an intense match-up against Ninjas in Pyjamas during the Group Stage, ultimately earning a spot in the Finals.

Although the independent team Oblivion was crowned the Year 5 champions, Crazy Thieves secured the sixth position overall, collecting $100,000 (approximately £75,060) in prize money.

Crazy Thieves is scheduled for its next engagement at the ALGS Split 1 Pro League within the Americas division, where they will face off against contenders like Oblivion, Team Falcons, Ninjas in Pyjamas, among others. This competition awards Championship Points, marking the initial phase of the organization’s campaign toward the ALGS Year 6 Championship in 2027.

ALGS Year 6 Sees Shifts in Team Lineups

Numerous teams have undertaken significant personnel adjustments in anticipation of ALGS Year 6, a season providing $7 million (roughly £5.2 million) in prize money for participating squads.

ZETA DIVISION re-entered the competitive Apex Legends landscape following an absence of almost three and a half years, securing players like ex-Fnatic member Yuga ‘YukaF‘ Horie.

Fnatic, for its part, integrated two fresh players into its lineup, one of whom is former ENTER.FORCE 36 participant Choi ‘ILY‘ Jun-hyeok.

The Swedish esports collective Alliance brought Jan ‘akku‘ Schneeberger onto its Apex Legends team, taking the place of Miron ‘Effect‘ Novikov, who moved to Aurora Gaming. Earlier in January, Svyatoslav ‘ojrein‘ Korochinsky rejoined Aurora Gaming, filling the void left by ALGS Year 4 victor Jose ‘Uxako‘ Llosa.

Numerous additional roster alterations are expected throughout ALGS Year 6, as various teams vie to emerge as the subsequent champions within the Apex Legends competitive circuit.
