The Women’s National Basketball Association is coming off a historic season thanks to the prominent athletes within the league, and it is gaining even more celebrated players Monday.
The 2025 WNBA draft signifies that some of the most well-known individuals in women’s collegiate basketball will be progressing to the professional level. The most prominent athlete from this group is none other than UConn’s Paige Bueckers, who heard her name announced first after guiding the Huskies to the national championship.
