Riot Games has officially revealed the 2024 T1 Worlds skinline, a tribute to the team’s remarkable achievement of securing their fifth championship.
These commemorative cosmetics, honoring the Unkillable Knights of the Crown in League of Legends, arrive after the lengthiest period fans have had to wait for a champion team’s special edition content.
Ordinarily, the unveiling and launch of these skins occur around the time of the Mid-Season Invitational; however, this year, they have been released merely a month before the commencement of the 2025 World Championship, leaving it to the fans to determine if the extended wait was justified.
During the press conference held after the 2024 Worlds finals, the players provided hints about their preferred champions—Zeus mentioned Gragas, Camille, or Ornn; Oner contemplated Vi or Xin Zhao; Gumayusi expressed interest in Jhin or Varus; Keria considered Renata Glasc or Pyke; and Faker delegated the final decision to the fans, giving them the ultimate say.
Worlds 2024 T1 Skins Breakdown
Below is a comprehensive breakdown of the Worlds 2024 T1 skins, detailing each player’s full name, role, and the specific champions they selected or were assigned:
- Choi ‘Zeus’ Woo-je — Gnar
- Mun ‘Oner’ Hyeon-jun — Vi
- Lee ‘Faker’ Sang-hyeok — Yone and Sylas for MVP Finals performance
- Lee ‘Gumayusi’ Min-hyeong — Varus
- Ryu ‘Keria’ Min-seok — Pyke
In order from top to bottom, the champions showcased are Gnar, Vi, Yone, Varus, and Pyke, with Faker also presented with a Prestige skin variant for Sylas.

This collection aligns with the theme of The Unkillable Knights of the Crown, drawing inspiration from the previous year’s anthem, and features a darker, knightly armor aesthetic that contrasts with the more vibrant and colorful tones typically associated with T1’s earlier Worlds skins.
Crimson accents and substantial armor plating unify the designs, creating an epic battle theme reminiscent of Edward Gaming’s Worlds 2021 skinline.
The distinctive recalls, which are usually animated according to the players’ preferences, contribute to the skins’ playful ambiance.
Zeus’s Gnar is depicted biting aggressively into the Worlds trophy, while Oner’s Vi forcefully strikes a punching bag to reveal the trophy inside. In the meantime, Yone traces a luminous constellation of the trophy in the air before adopting Faker’s characteristic “shh” pose.
Gumayusi’s Varus launches projectiles at a Baron-shaped piñata, ultimately receiving a massive croissant as a reward, alluding to his well-known post-victory snack during the Paris event. Simultaneously, Keria’s Pyke conjures a ghostly vessel carrying a treasure chest, then gestures skyward with his knife as a radiant constellation of the trophy materializes.
Faker’s Prestige Sylas distinguishes itself, but perhaps not favorably. Rather than being adorned in gold and white, as is typical of prestige skins, Sylas is instead dressed in shimmering black armor with crimson chains—an aesthetic that doesn’t quite evoke the aura of an MVP skin.
Although T1 Worlds skinline does indeed stand out in comparison to prior Worlds lines, the black-and-red color scheme may cause it to assimilate with other recent skinlines that also favor similar dark, attention-grabbing tones, which diminishes their immediate distinctiveness.
Ultimately, it is up to the fans to determine if these skins truly pay tribute to the greatest team ever to compete at Worlds—or if they are better served by adhering to the previous championship lines.
