Riot Games has disclosed every venue for its 2026 VCT China tour, encompassing seven distinct cities for both local and global competitions.
First revealed in October 2025, this initiative is characterized by the publisher as Riot Games’ ‘most extensive’ VCT circuit ever undertaken in one geographical area.
The series of regional competitions will commence with the VCT China Kickoff in Guangzhou and culminate with the Stage 2 Playoffs in Chengdu. Subsequently, VALORANT Champions will be hosted in Shanghai, although the venue for the VALORANT Radiant Invitational remains undisclosed.

Beyond showcasing elite VALORANT Chinese squads competing before live spectators, the tour will also encompass VIP receptions, extensive city-wide promotions, fan celebrations, and numerous other events designed for community engagement.
Furthermore, the concluding weekend of every Stage 2 Playoffs across all other territories will likewise be designated as a marquee event, mirroring the format adopted by VCT Pacific in VCT 2025.
Anticipating the 2026 VCT China Kickoff
Commencing on January 22nd, the 2026 China Kickoff will feature a triple-elimination tournament structure. A dozen teams are slated to vie for advancement to the initial global VCT competition of the year, Masters Santiago.
Given that Bilibili Gaming, Dragon Ranger Gaming, EDward Gaming, and XLG Esports previously qualified for Champions Paris 2025, these four teams will be granted an automatic advancement to the second phase of the upper bracket. In the end, the three leading teams will clinch berths at VALORANT Masters Santiago, scheduled to run from February 28th to March 15th.
