Although their primary path to real progress lies in cultivating their current roster, a select few high-profile trade scenarios exist that could instantly transform the team’s outlook.
One potential deal involves ten-time All-Star Anthony Davis, who appears to be welcoming a departure from the Washington Wizards after putting negotiations for a new contract extension on hold.
Though such a transaction may feel unlikely right now, a real chance exists for Phoenix to align their cornerstone talent, Devin Booker, with another elite superstar—take a look at a potential trade proposal that could make it happen below.
Suns Acquire: Anthony Davis

Because the previous transaction routing Anthony Davis from the Dallas Mavericks to the Washington Wizards required two first-round selections, Phoenix would inevitably have to give up significant contributors from their active lineup. From the Phoenix perspective, landing Davis would provide Booker with the third elite partner of his eleven seasons in the NBA.
