ALGS Split 2 Pro League Regional Finals: Participating Teams

The Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) Year 5 Split 2 Pro League is now in the Finals stage across various regions. The highest-ranked teams will clash for an opportunity to compete in the 2026 championships.

Americas, EMEA, APAC North and South each have 20 qualifying teams. These teams will battle for the biggest part of a $125,000 (~£92,735) prize.

EMEA

The EMEA Regular Season concluded with Alliance securing the first position with 124 points. GoNext Esports was right behind with 117 points. Well-established organizations like FaZe Clan, Citadel Gaming, and Natus Vincere also moved ahead to the Finals.

Top teams to watch include Alliance, the Split 1 Pro League EMEA champion. They have been dominant so far and are considered one of the top contenders for the win. Natus Vincere (NAVI) is another team to watch, with some players having previously been a part of the GoNext Esports trio that secured the ALGS Year 4 Championship.

Americas

Shopify Rebellion earned the leading position in the Americas’ Regular Season with a total of 90 points. GROW Gaming (88 points) and 100 Thieves (86 points) were close behind. Other notable organizations, including Ninjas in Pyjamas, Virtus.pro, and Team Liquid, have made it into the top 20 teams.

Team Falcons is still competing for the tournament victory. They are a fan favorite, as they won both the Split 1 Pro League Americas and the 2025 Open. They have top players such as Philip ‘ImperialHal‘ Dosen and the newly signed Zachary ‘Gild’ Dennis, so the team is projected to perform well in the next phase.

APAC North

The APAC North Regular Season saw UNLIMIT and SOTEN at the top of the leaderboards, each with over 120 points. Globally recognized organizations such as Fnatic and REJECT also qualified to advance to the regional finals.

UNLIMIT, previously known as GHS Professional, has been a strong competitor throughout the tournament. They gained 25 points in three consecutive games. Fans are awaiting to see if the team can maintain its momentum in the regional playoffs.

APAC South

Gen.G Esports has emerged as a top team in APAC South. Some of its players have even broken records during the tournament. The team secured 135 points, which is the highest score in any region during the Split 2 Pro League.

Another roster to follow closely is VK Gaming, the winner of the ALGS Mid Season Playoffs during the Esports World Cup. They have narrowly made it to the regional finals. Fans expect a significant comeback from the Chinese team in the next phase.

Other well-known brands that have reached the second stage include Wolves Esports, which is the only other team to score over 100 points in the Regular Season. This organization entered the Apex Legends scene in May and has already become a strong contender.
