CSK legend Ravichandran Ashwin makes a big statement on life after IPL retirement

Ashwin, a two-time IPL victor and one of the league’s most effective bowlers, is currently aiming to create a different journey for himself on the global stage. In a discussion on his YouTube channel, he went into detail about his strategies, indicating that his involvement in different leagues will be conditional based on his individual choices and the team’s particular needs.

Ashwin stated, “Naturally, I won’t be participating everywhere continuously for a considerable duration. I’ll join leagues that match my preferences and the specific needs of the teams involved. I’ve already enrolled in one of the leagues, so we’ll observe how that unfolds.”

Ashwin additionally elaborated on the principal factor influencing his choice, which revolves around regaining the unadulterated pleasure of playing the game. “Playing across various countries outside India is an exciting experience, as you are less recognized. You can enjoy it completely. Bowling without feeling burdened will almost guarantee that the ball lands accurately, and even if it doesn’t, it’s acceptable because I’ll finally enjoy playing with happiness. I aspire to compete on the worldwide scene in the manner I used to play local street cricket. This idea has always been in my thoughts, and I’m now determined to make it a reality moving forward,”
