ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Denver Broncos have activated the practice period for running back J.K. Dobbins. There’s a possibility Dobbins will participate in Sunday’s AFC Championship game versus the New England Patriots.
Dobbins sustained what was initially believed to be a season-ending foot ailment during Week 10’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders. In his debut season with the Broncos, Dobbins amassed 772 rushing yards and four scores.
The potential comeback of Dobbins might also alleviate some pressure on Broncos’ quarterback Jarrett Stidham. Stidham is slated to start, stepping in for Bo Nix, who incurred a season-ending ankle break during Saturday’s victory over the Buffalo Bills.

The quest for a new head coach by the Las Vegas Raiders is beginning to solidify. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the franchise has arranged four interviews for the beginning of the week.
The candidates for these discussions are Mike McDaniel, Jesse Minter, Ejiro Eviro, and Jeff Hafley.
Among these four individuals, McDaniel is the sole candidate possessing prior experience as a head coach. Furthermore, he is the only offensive strategist the team is consulting with at the start of the week.
Although Minter, Eviro, and Hafley have all delivered commendable seasons, none have previously held a head coaching position in the NFL.

Due to this victory, several Rams coaches are barred from conducting head-coaching interviews until the following Monday, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Various Rams coaching personnel, such as pass-game coordinator Nate Scheelhaase, defensive coordinator Chris Shula, and offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur, are considered prospects for head-coaching roles across the NFL.
Any teams interested in conferring with these coaches must postpone their discussions until after the NFC Championship, at which point Rams coaches will have an extended break, regardless of the game’s outcome.
