Champions League Scores: Arsenal, Union SG Win; Real Madrid, Tottenham Results

Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, the current champions of Belgium’s premier league, secured their inaugural Champions League victory on Tuesday, defeating Dutch team PSV by a score of 3-1.

Promise David initiated the scoring with a penalty kick in the ninth minute, and Anouar Ait El Hadj extended the Champions League debutants’ advantage before the intermission. Kevin Mac Allister sealed the triumph with a goal in the 81st minute.

In the other match played earlier, second-half goals from substitutes Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard propelled Arsenal to a 2-0 victory against Athletic Club.

Martinelli only needed 36 seconds after entering the game to give the Gunners the lead.
