The PBC on Prime PPV card features:

Fulton’s Change in Weight Class
‘Cool Boy Steph’ Fulton, previously the WBC and WBO super bantamweight champion, will be transitioning from the featherweight division for this opportunity to challenge Foster for the title. He will be positioned ahead of Raymond Ford, Oscar Valdez, Mark Magsayo, and numerous other fighters ranked in the WBC top 15 at super featherweight to compete against Foster.
Foster recently reclaimed his WBC 130-lb title by defeating Robson Conceicao in their rematch on November 2, 2024, with a 12-round split decision victory. The judges’ scores were 115-113, 115-113 in favor of Foster, and 115-113 for Conceicao. Foster had previously lost to Conceicao in their first encounter on July 6, 2024, also by a 12-round split decision. Despite O’Shaquie’s post-fight complaints that he believed he should have won, the decision stood, and Conceicao was declared the victor.
Jesus Ramos Jr. (23 wins, 1 loss, with 19 wins by knockout) will be moving up from the 154-pound division to face Shane Mosley Jr. (22 wins, 4 losses, with 12 wins by knockout) in a middleweight contest. Mosley Jr. last competed at 168 pounds, where he secured a 10-round unanimous decision victory over Daniel Jacobs on July 6, 2024, outmaneuvering the former middleweight champion, Jacobs.
