The Horse Racing Women’s Association (HRWA) is structured with the purpose of inspiring, promoting, and dedicating resources to the expert and individual advancement of females involved in the sport of horse racing. Celebrated speaker Molly Fletcher is slated to present the primary speech during the Horse Racing Women’s Association 2025 Conference situated in Lexington, Kentucky, from October 8-9. To enhance inclusivity, the HRWA has implemented the Pay It Forward initiative.
Originating in 2022, the HRWA (originally named Horse Racing Women’s Summit) has provided Pay It Forward entry passes to its gatherings across the North American continent. Currently, more than 60 Pay It Forward passes have been distributed to individuals who are either new to the horse racing industry or are in the early phases of their careers.
There remain Pay It Forward entry passes available for the 2025 HRWA Conference taking place in Lexington. For consideration in receiving a Pay It Forward entry pass, please contact the HRWA by email furnishing details about your background and explaining the potential benefits you anticipate gaining from attending the 2025 HRWA Conference in Lexington. All applications are handled confidentially.
“The Pay It Forward concept exemplifies the HRWA tenets – to Inspire, Promote and Dedicate Resources to women within the horse racing community,” HRWA Executive Committee Member Jordyn Egan commented. “It is financially sustained through HRWA membership fees, in conjunction with monetary contributions from both individual benefactors and corporate entities. We are appreciative to extend this chance to all interested parties and maintain a firm belief that the HRWA collective is fortified as a result.”
The fourth annual HRWA Conference is slated to encompass a welcoming reception, the main speech, a highlighted afternoon presentation by Lindsay Czarniak, a trio of panel discussions, along with a distinguished presentation of the Jane Goldstein Award.
FanDuel TV personality Andie Biancone, functioning as a racing correspondent and commentator, is scheduled to act as the emcee for this event.
This year’s panel discussions are: Roadblocks to Relationships: Building Networks That Change the Game, led by Jessica Paquette, track announcer at Parx Racing; Fueling the Fire Without Burning Out, led by Shannon Kelly, executive director of The Jockey Club Safety Net Foundation; Horse Racing Ecosystems: Markets, Models, and Money; led by Alison Zeitlin, equine law attorney at Stites & Harbison
