The Korean professional gaming entity, BRION Esports, has announced its updated title sponsor, the logistics corporation, Hanjin Co. Ltd.

This team is set to participate in the forthcoming 2026 LCK season under the designation ‘Hanjin BRION’. Details regarding the financial specifics of this collaboration remain undisclosed.

This fresh collaborative agreement follows swiftly on the heels of BRION concluding its three-year association with the South Korean financial institution, OK Savings Bank, a division of the OK Financial Group.

As per information from the South Korean publication Maeil Business Newspaper, this renewed alliance will result in BRION showcasing Hanjin’s corporate identity on their squad apparel, venue fixtures, and through both digital and physical promotional materials.

Furthermore, the pair of entities intends to organize fan engagement events and additional marketing campaigns, utilize Hanjin’s worldwide infrastructure and logistical promotion resources, and schedule an official sponsorship contract signing event sometime in the current month.

Hanjin now becomes part of BRION’s existing roster of collaborators, which encompasses the streaming service CHZZK, apparel labels hummel and GOALSTUDIO, and the money transfer provider Utransfer, alongside other associations.

BRION Embraces a Fresh Corporate Group

Established in 1945 with its primary offices in Seoul, Hanjin functions as a prominent comprehensive cargo and supply chain service, boasting an extensive domestic infrastructure throughout Korea. The corporation additionally maintains an international presence by backing significant industrial and retail domains.

This logistics enterprise is a component of the Hanjin Group, recognized as one of South Korea’s largest diversified business entities, possessing ownership of firms within the aviation, property development, and tourism industries.

Over recent years, the LCK has seen the inclusion of numerous significant corporate entities from sectors outside of traditional esports, aiming to capitalize on the widespread appeal of competitive gaming in South Korea and worldwide. Hanwha Life Esports operates under the ownership of its namesake insurance provider, whereas the food and drink enterprise Nongshim secured Team Dynamics in 2020, subsequently rebranding it as Nongshim RedForce.

The updated Hanjin BRION brand identity is scheduled for its debut as the new 2026 season commences on January 14th, initiated by the LCK Cup. This inaugural competition will determine the pair of South Korean participants for the competitive season’s initial international event, First Stand.
