A trio of VALORANT competitors from Leviatán have made public their considerations regarding opportunities for the 2026 VCT season. This announcement comes after a less-than-stellar 2025 season for the VCT Americas partnered team.

The players in question are Corbin ‘C0M‘ Daniel Lee, Anthony ‘okeanos‘ Nguyen and Ian ‘tex‘ Bosch. Their contracts are still active, but they have been moved to the inactive roster as the organisation evaluates its future team composition.

Leviatán Grants Players Opportunity to Explore Options Early

C0M initially joined the team on January 9th, 2024. His most significant accomplishment was securing victory at VALORANT Champions 2023 in Los Angeles, US, while playing for Evil Geniuses. He mentioned that his agreement with Leviatán was nearing its end, and he was open to participating in any region or role, including that of an IGL.

okeanos, the most recent addition to Leviatán, joined earlier in the year on May 14th, 2025. He displayed considerable promise as a rising esports talent, achieving a third-place finish in the College VALORANT 2023-2024 Championship as a member of Blinn Esports. Prior to this, he achieved a second-place finish while representing M80 in the VALORANT Challengers 2025 North America Stage 1 tournament. The player has stated that he is seeking opportunities as a Controller, Flex, or Duellist for ‘2026 and beyond’.

tex is the longest-tenured of the three, having been with the organisation since October 12th, 2023. He has played a role in some of Leviatán’s most notable accomplishments over the years, including their triumph in VCT Americas Stage 2 in 2024, which was a particularly successful year for the organisation.

Following almost two years competing with Leviatán, tex revealed his consideration of ‘options ‘VCT offers’ as a Sentinel, Duellist, or Smokes specialist.

Currently, only Francisco ‘KiNgg‘ Alberto Aravena and Eduardo ‘Sato‘ Kenzo Nagahama Sato remain on Leviatán’s active roster.

Leviatán’s Performance in 2025

Leviatán has encountered difficulties in achieving competitive success in VALORANT this year, most notably with their failure to secure qualification for VALORANT Champions 2025 in Paris.

Leviatán commenced VCT Americas Stage 2 on a positive note, securing second place in their group during the Group Stage. The team experienced several noteworthy moments during this stage, achieving victories against teams such as 100 Thieves and KRÜ Esports. Nevertheless, they were eliminated in the Lower Bracket Quarterfinals after a 0-2 defeat against NRG in the Playoffs.

Leviatán also did not succeed in qualifying for any of VALORANT’s other international events this year. The team was absent from Masters Bangkok after a 0-2 defeat against G2 Esports in the Lower Bracket Quarterfinals during Americas Kickoff. Furthermore, they were unable to qualify for the 2025 Masters Toronto event after finishing 10th in Americas Stage 1.

This represents a significant contrast from the team’s performance in 2024, when they emerged victorious in VCT Americas Stage 2 and subsequently achieved a third-place finish at the VALORANT Champions tournament in Seoul.
