Greetings and welcome to the Week 11 assessments!
The Dallas Cowboys have experienced considerable defensive challenges in the NFL season thus far; however, reinforcements have materialized, proving their worth on Monday night. With Quinnen Williams present on the field, marking his initial appearance since being acquired by Dallas, the Cowboys’ defense displayed dominance, securing a 33-16 triumph against the Las Vegas Raiders.
In addition to Williams’ participation, Logan Wilson, who transitioned from Cincinnati to Dallas shortly before the Nov. 4 trade deadline, also contributed. Given the Cowboys’ bye week the previous week, both individuals awaited nearly two weeks before debuting with Dallas.
Furthermore, the Cowboys witnessed the inaugural 2025 season appearances of two defensive players, DeMarvion Overshown and Shavon Revel Jr. Overshown’s absence extended back to last December, following ACL and MCL tears. Regarding Revel, the 2025 third-round selection had been recuperating from an ACL tear sustained during his concluding year in college.
To further bolster their ranks, the Cowboys welcomed back safeties Malik Hooker and Donovan Wilson. Hooker had been sidelined due to a toe injury since Week 4, while Wilson’s absence stretched back to Week 7 due to an elbow injury.
With the Cowboys’ defense reaching full strength, the unit emerged with a commanding performance.
Bearing this in mind, let’s proceed to the evaluations, commencing with the Cowboys’ significant victory.
