The sports gaming enterprise, OverActive Media (OAM), is setting aside C$1m (~£530,300) through a loan to bolster its AI-driven global content adaptation platform known as ActiveVoices.
As communicated via a public statement, these resources will be secured from a body overseen by Sheldon Pollack, who is currently serving as the Chairman within OAM’s administrative structure.
As part of its fiscal structuring concerning debt, OAM’s strategy incorporates the issuance of a guaranteed promissory note, carrying a duration of six months, paired with an annual interest rate fixed at 12%. In conjunction, the entity will allocate 330,000 shared purchase warrants to the financial provider, set at an exercise cost of C$0.30 (~£0.16) for each warrant, valid for a span of one year.
OAM’s roadmap involves allocating the obtained funds towards general capital functions, directly associated with the operations of its ActiveVoices platform.
“We believe there’s an exceptional chance to amplify ActiveVoices into a worldwide technological medium, catering to content developers, establishments, and media associates,” commented Adam Adamou, the Chief Executive Officer at OverActive Media.
“This monetary input provides us with the needed agility to vigorously pursue expansion, concurrently upholding our measured pathway towards realizing profits. Our central aim is to forge a profitable, asset-backed digital media entity, fully capitalizing on our held rights, our dedicated following, and exclusive innovations.”
The initial unveiling of ActiveVoices occurred in August during the China Esports Conference 2025, held in Shanghai. The SaaS platform is designed to facilitate content creators and the esports arena with dependable, high-return content deployment, offering translation, audio adaptation, and broadcasting across diverse platforms.
