A remarkable young talent from Liverpool’s youth system is rapidly progressing.
Fifteen-year-old Joshua Abe has recently been promoted to the Under-18 and UEFA Youth League teams. His exceptional abilities transcend his current age bracket.
However, the reigning Premier League title holders are experiencing difficulties regarding a contract for the young winger from Warrington. Due to his age, Abe is currently only eligible for a scholar’s agreement, which he has yet to commit to.
The England Under-16 representative will not be able to sign a professional contract until he reaches the age of 17 in 2027, thereby creating opportunities for competing clubs to make offers.
Joshua Abe Attracting Interest from Real Madrid
Real Madrid, along with several clubs from the Premier League, are reportedly interested in securing Abe, who is represented by Tyler Alexander-Arnold’s PLG agency.
The Spanish giants recently extended a warm invitation for the left-footed player to tour the Bernabeu, prompting Liverpool to exert maximum effort in persuading him to remain with them.
Astonishingly, Abe has already participated in training sessions with Arne Slot’s senior squad, where he is viewed as a possible successor to Mo Salah in the long term.
