Sinner Defeats Zverev, Reaches Paris Final

Recently, Sinner prevailed over Zverev in a hard-fought championship match in Vienna, but the German competitor displayed a diminished performance in Paris.

After enduring a drawn-out quarter-final victory against Daniil Medvedev where he averted two match points on Friday, Zverev seemed drained right from the start.

He conceded the initial set in less than half an hour and didn’t secure a service hold until the opening game of the subsequent set, even then needing to defend against a break point.

Sinner, in contrast, demonstrated exceptional command, delivering eight aces, securing 90% of first serve points, and facing no break points against him.

He will now compete for his fifth title this year against Auger-Aliassime, who previously defeated Alexander Bublik with a score of 7-6 (7-3) 6-4.

Regarding the men’s doubles, Henry Patten representing Britain, and his Finnish teammate Harri Heliovaara, progressed to the final by achieving a 6-3 6-4 victory over the French team of Quentin Halys and Pierre-Hugues Herbert.
