UFC Paris: Imavov Wins, France Sweeps.

A new contender rises at UFC Paris with live results, round-by-round updates, start time and highlights for the Nassourdine Imavov vs. Caio Borralho fight card happening Saturday at the Accor Arena in Paris, France. Up-and-coming middleweight competitors Imavov and Borralho will battle it out in a five-round main event expected to be a possible title contention match for UFC champion Khamzat Chimaev, while French lightweight goes head-to-head against Borrlaho’s Fighting Nerds comrade, Mauricio Ruffy, in the three-round co-headliner.

Imavov (16-4, 1 NC) highlighted a significant period of his UFC journey in February with a huge second-round stoppage of two-time former champion Israel Adesanya. A 30-year-old French citizen known as “The Sniper,” Imavov has secured four straight UFC victories, also surpassing fellow contenders Jared Cannonier, Brendan Allen and Roman Dolidze.

Borralho (17-1, 1 NC) has also been on a roll since entering the UFC scene with consecutive wins on Dana White’s Contender Series in a brief three-week period in 2021. The 32-year-old Brazilian has a perfect 7-0 record in the UFC, climbing the ranks after his latest two wins over Paul Craig and Cannonier. Borralho also worked as the promotion’s official backup fighter for UFC 319’s middleweight title contest between Chimaev and previous champ Dricus du Plessis.

In the co-main event, Saint Denis (14-3, 1 NC) aims to build on his recent recovery following his second-round submission of Kyle Prepolec this past May, ending a two-fight losing spell. He’ll have a challenge, as Ruffy (12-1) remains unbeaten in the UFC and recently delivered a remarkable knockout of the year with his first-round spinning wheel kick of King Green at UFC 315.

The UFC Paris preliminary card begins at 12 p.m. ET on ESPN+. The main card commences live at 3 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
