Transfer Portal Tracker: Auburn WR Cam Coleman commits to Texas; QB Dylan Raiola to visit Oregon.

The player transfer period for collegiate football has commenced its second week.

This past Sunday, Cam Coleman, a former Auburn wideout and the highest-rated receiver available for transfer, announced his decision to join Texas, selecting the Longhorns ahead of Texas Tech and Texas A&M.

Numerous collegiate quarterbacks nationwide have either declared their intent to utilize the transfer system or indicated their search for a new academic institution and athletic program.

Among these is Dylan Raiola, the quarterback from Nebraska, who is scheduled for a visit to Oregon, as reported by On3. Raiola’s recruitment process has progressed gradually and with little fanfare until now, but it may accelerate given the Ducks’ elimination from the College Football Playoff contention.

Dante Moore, Oregon’s current quarterback, has not yet finalized his choice regarding the NFL Draft. There is a possibility that Raiola might even spend a year as a redshirt player, sitting behind Moore, if he opts for Oregon and Moore decides to stay in college. Raiola possesses two years of athletic eligibility.

Should Moore declare for the NFL Draft, Raiola would likely assume the role of Oregon’s primary quarterback for the 2026 season.

DJ Lagway, who previously played quarterback for Florida, is reportedly continuing discussions with various universities, per ESPN’s Pete Thamel, despite verbally committing to Baylor earlier on Thursday. Ole Miss is among the institutions that have shown reported interest.

The situation regarding Washington quarterback Demond Williams has become clearer; he declared his intent to remain at the university just two days after attempting to enter the transfer portal. His decision to stay with UW concluded a period marked by significant uncertainty.

Similar to Raiola, Sam Leavitt, the quarterback from Arizona State, has not finalized his choice. He is scheduled to visit Miami during the upcoming weekend.

We will continue to monitor all prominent athletes who are relocating to new programs in the section below, as the sport of college football anticipates its most intense period of player movement to date. The transfer window is set to conclude on January 16th.
