This display cemented Clark’s place in the WNBA history books. According to the Fever, Friday’s matchup was her 10th appearance this year registering a minimum of 25 points and 10 assists—a feat unmatched by any other athlete in league history.
She achieved these remarkable statistics while converting 7 of 15 field goal attempts and 2 of 8 from beyond the arc, complemented by a flawless 12-for-12 performance at the charity stripe.

This contest represented Clark’s initial outing following her gold-medal run with Team USA at the women’s FIBA World Cup in Germany, ending a nearly three-week layoff for the Indiana squad.
Kelsey Mitchell also played a pivotal role for Indiana, racking up 33 points to establish a new individual scoring high for the WNBA season. Mitchell was highly efficient, shooting 12-of-17 overall and nailing 7 of her 11 long-range shots.
The tandem of Clark and Mitchell enabled the Fever to break open a close contest after a tight first half. Holding a slim 53-50 margin at the break, Indiana dominated the final two quarters to widen the gap.
