The VALORANT personality Tyson ‘TenZ‘ Van Ngo and esports competitor Alexis ‘alexis‘ Guarrasi are showcased in the recent Forbes 30 Under 30 US Games roll call.

The listing recognises Alexis’s accomplishments as a member of Shopify Rebellion Gold, in conjunction with the distinctions of former VCT player TenZ during his participation with Sentinels.

Alexis is a 23 year old VALORANT esports athlete, having participated in Riot Games’ first-person shooter game since 2020. Forbes mentioned that she has the highest earnings among women in VALORANT, achieving over $150,000 (~£112,900) in winnings for the last five years. She secured consecutive VCT Game Changers Championship titles in 2023 and 2024.

“I’m at a loss for words. I was selected for the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. I feel so honoured,” Alexis voiced in a social media post. Besides her competitive career, Alexis recently started a podcast together with Shopify Rebellion Gold teammate Melanie ‘meL‘ Capone.

TenZ is generally considered a popular VALORANT player throughout the esport’s history. In 2024, he came out on top at Masters Madrid, along with a top-four placement at VALORANT Champions. In September 2025, TenZ communicated his departure from the professional scene, shifting his focus to content creation.

The former champion still remains engaged with VALORANT esports. He started a community awards presentation in November, celebrating both the VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT) and Game Changers environments.

What Is Forbes 30 Under 30?

Forbes produces the ’30 Under 30′ and ’50 Under 50′ lists each year, recognising individuals’ efforts and successes in different fields like media, education, and finance. Candidates need to be chosen by a panel of specialists to receive a place in the listings.

TenZ and Alexis aren’t the only esports-related individuals on the ‘Games’ list for the year. Jordan Lazarus, the founder of Xen Gaming, and Spencer Ma, who serves as the Director of Growth at Carry1st, are also noted amongst the selections.

In other news, Twitch streamer Emily ‘Emiru‘ Schunk is on the list. Forbes discloses that the 27 year old cosplayer gained around $1.5m (~£1.1m) during the last year.
